In our house in France, we have a Supra log burner.

Unfortunately, the glass in the door has broken and we need a replacement.

All we can see is the name Supra and the numbers 8560 0591 D.D 17033, and also 313T in a little rectangle

We have a three sided rectangular Spartherm Fire Box and we are struggling to find a chimney sweep to clean it. Is there a plate that can be easily removed to enable the engineer to get his brushes up the flue? Do you have any instructions printed anyway. I cannot see anything in our two manuals/brochures.
